MJD Trade...Feedback please

So I dropped Larry Johnson and picked up Matt Hasselbeck. I figure since I have Eli and Romo is comming off a huge game, I would trade Romo & either Rice/K.Smith along with another reciever Miles Austin/Hester and try to entice this guy with a deal. His only QB is Carson Palmer and he's 1-4 last in the league. Any feedback on this or improvements I should make?
